Extended Working Time allows for ease of manipulation ?Snap Set with less time required for keep ing tin the mouth. This reduces distortions. ?Improved Thixotropicity: better flow under pressure without being runny ?Penetrates critical hard to reach areas to replicate true accurate details. ?Dimensional Stability : Models can be poured up to 2 weeks after impression taking. ? Hydrogen Scavenger Formula allows prevents formation of voids during impression taking ? Stable in Cold Sterilization Solution Exaflex is available as: Injection Type Regular Type Heavy Body Monophase Putty Technique Scoop out equal amounts of the base and catalyst, then quickly knead with your fingers for 30 seconds until the mixture turns to a uniform green color. Latex gloves will affect set time. Be sure hands are clean, dry and free of latex residue. Exaflex Putty won?t begin set until it is in the mouth at least 2-1/4 minutes (4 minutes from start of mix). Coat all trays (including perforated) prior to applying tray material to prevent pull-away and distortion during impression removal. Squeeze out equal amounts of the base and catalyst on a mixing pad, then mix quickly with spatula for 30 seconds until the mixture turns to a uniform color. Exaflex won?t begin set until it is in the mouth at least 2-1/2 minutes (4 minutes from start of mix). Use plastic syringe to load the material in the tray and on the prepared tooth surface
